Barium Lump

Barium lump is a solid, melted form of Barium, and like other metal lumps is produced using processes such as crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes, including sublimation. Metal lumps can serve the making of alloys and be used in processes which include Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Metallic-Organic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD).

See description of Barium metal here.
